Gudeg Bu Tjitro is one of many version Gudeg which is well – known as a traditional food in central Java, especially in Yogyakarta. Bu Tjitro has a special recipe, which made her Gudeg a great one. This Gudeg consists of steamed rice, gudeg, areh, sambel krecek, chicken and egg in areh.
The Gudeg is made of the young jackfruit, gula jawa, salam, sereh, daun jeruk purut, etc. There’s a special way to prepare gudeg. We have followed the same method until now.
